Here is a somewhat difficult ICL exchange in a patient with a floppy iris but the case highlights some important techniques. Despite being extremely rare, exchanging ICLs is easy and effective. One of the most important tips is to avoid opening the forceps until ready to grasp the ICL as to not enlarge the wound and accidentally evacuate some OVD.
