Today I will be teaching you how to play Stand By Me by Oasis on the acoustic guitar. It is a great uplifting song, and I hope you have fun learning it today. The video duration may appear to be long to you, but if you can make it to the end then it will be worth it as Stand By Me is a fun song to rock out to.

You can’t hear any acoustic guitar in the song, but I think this is the funnest way to play it on the acoustic.

It is not the hardest song to play on the acoustic guitar by any means, but it is not the easiest either, but it is a fun song to play and sing along to, so I hope you find my tutorial helpful and informative today.

Stand By Me is in the key of G Major and your tuning is going to be E Standard.

This may seem like a lot of chords, but a lot of the chords are just being played in different orders, so it’s not necessarily hard to remember all of them.

I would advise watching the video if you want to learn all of this song properly and be able to play it in the most accurate and fun way on an acoustic guitar.
