Do you love mayonnaise like i do? 😁
Maybe you thought like you want mayonnaise but you have to buy at the store to have and it will cost you extra penny 😅 Well , Here’s very very easy way to make mayonnaise at home. And the ingredients are those that you only have in your kitchen. Yes, only 4 ingredients. Or even 3 for some people.
Here’s all you need :
1 egg
1 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 cup vegetable oil ( I’m using canola)
A pinch of salt
Some people do not add a lemon juice or vinegar. But having a little sourness in it makes it so satisfying.
