Ingredients
Pad Thai Noodles - about 1/2 a bag
Sweet radish - 1/4 cup
Shallot - 1 small
Garlic - 3-4 cloves
Pressed/hard Tofu - 1/4 cup
Prawns (or protein of choice) - 1/2 lb
Dried shrimp - 1/4 cup (need to shred)
Eggs - 2
Bean sprouts - 1/3 cup
Chives - 1/4 cup
Scallions - 1-2 pieces
Lime - 1
Chili pepper - 1-2
Dry chili pepper - 1 tsp
Tamarind paste - 40 gr
Fish sauce - 2 1/2 tbsp
Sugar - 5 tbsp
Water - 4 tbsp
Crushed roasted peanuts - 2 tbsp
Cooking oil - as needed
