In this tutorial I share with you the exercises I do to build stronger wrists, heal injuries, and gain better wrist flexibility.
I share techniques that have been taught to me and that I learned from other sources such as:
Physiotherapists, Ido Portal, Bboy Kujo, And Movement therapists.
My goal is to inspire and motivate as many Bboys/Bgirls and dancers as possible, by sharing as much knowledge and wisdom with the dance community as possible. To help keep Hip Hop and dance culture alive and growing as fast as possible.
