Witnessing our life unfold through Hobonichi 5-year Techo

What does it mean to visualize 5, 10, 15 years? We see it in our children's growth. But how about our inner growth?

In this video, I am thrilled to share my thoughts on completing the 10 year journal and launching into Hobonichi 5-Year Techo as the new year unfolds.

To me, a long-term journal is a reminder to stay present, not to be afraid to feel and experience life with our hearts, and to remember that what seems the most insignificant moments are what make our lives apart from others.
