MANAGING YOUR PRODUCTION ELEMENTS LIST

Welcome to our Elements playlist, where we will dive into StudioBinder's Elements feature, including how to manage categories, create custom categories, and export the final reports. In this episode, we cover the various ways you can manage and customize your element categories and layout.

For each element, you have the opportunity to add an avatar. For example, each member of the cast could be given a headshot image. Additional details can be added to individual elements such as pay rate, notes, scenes from the script where the element appears, and more.

The larger your production, the more likely you'll end up with duplicate element categories. To consolidate these, select the categories in question and simply click the "merge elements" button at the top. To swap an element between categories, click the more button at the end of the row, select move element, and then choose the desired destination.
