In this video, I cover what to do if you get the Harley Davidson Check Engine Light and how to check the Harley Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC). Yes my 2021 Harley Davidson Road Glide Special just got back from the shop and I got a warning light leading me to check the diagnostic trouble codes.

I show you how to get the Harley Davidson into Diagnostic Mode, how to find the diagnostic code leading to the problem, and how to clear the Harley Davidson check engine light by clearing the diagnostic trouble code. Remember, only Harley Trouble codes with an H on the end can be cleared. If the Harley Davidson Check Engine Light is on with a code ending in C, then the code will not clear and will likely the check engine light or other Harley Davidson warning lights will reappear.
