Hi there everyone. This is just a quick rundown of a day at the workshop with some dyno tuning and prep before things really ramp up. Today was all about real work at NDT Racing, getting cars ready, chasing gremlins, unlocking power, and identifying weak points before they turn into bigger problems.
We take a look at several builds in the shop, including a much-loved 328 project that has come full circle, customer race cars being prepped for Nationals and Sports & GT, and a turbo BMW on the dyno to see what it is really capable of. We also cover suspension and setup tweaks on Dawie Joubert’s Nova Proto NP02, along with exhaust work on Mike Verrier’s BMW Z4 to improve clearance, reliability, and sound for the season ahead.
There is also a behind-the-scenes look at ongoing engine builds, weight reduction plans, and long-term goals for car development and lap times. Nothing flashy, just proper workshop life and the process of making race cars better.
