Today we’re diving into one of my favorite core and mobility moves – the Windmill Exercise. It’s amazing for your obliques, hips, and shoulders, and you don’t even need a gym to do it!
The Windmill is a dynamic movement that targets your core, hips, and shoulder stability, while also working on your mobility and flexibility. You can do it bodyweight or add a dumbbell or kettlebell for resistance.
