About The Story - The central character, Kiranbala, is a literate, simple, and gentle young woman from a modest middle-class family. She comes to Guwahati with dreams of a new life, having been married to a man she barely knows. However, what should have been a hopeful beginning turns into a decade-long nightmare.

For the next ten years, Kiranbala endures relentless physical, mental, and sexual abuse at the hands of her husband. Isolated and helpless, she finds no support from family or society. Gradually, all her dreams, hopes, and sense of self are crushed under the weight of continuous violence.

Driven to desperation and acting to protect herself and her two children, Kiranbala ultimately kills her husband. She is arrested and sentenced to life imprisonment for murder. Her life seems permanently destroyed—until her case draws the attention of a social organization, Seven Sisters Welfare Organisation.

The organization begins to advocate for her, gaining public support and extensive media coverage. They publish a book documenting Kiranbala’s life story, transforming her from an anonymous prisoner into a symbol of survival and resistance. Her story reaches a renowned senior advocate of the High Court, who takes a personal interest in her case.

The advocate files an appeal in the High Court, arguing the case on the grounds of prolonged provocation and self-defense. After intense legal battles and emotional courtroom drama, the High Court delivers its judgment: Kiranbala’s conviction for murder is reduced to manslaughter, and she is granted freedom.

Alongside this powerful central narrative, the mega serial weaves in multiple layers of entertainment, including romance, emotional drama, interpersonal conflicts, strong climaxes, and rich visual storytelling through songs and expressive sequences—making it a compelling blend of social reality and dramatic entertainment.
