WATCH: Aileen delos Santos as she tells her story on how SMPC helped and equipped her with the skills for Barangay Semirara.
She, along with 90 Barangay Health Workers (BHW), underwent training sponsored by SMPC 12 years ago.
Aileen is now the President of Barangay Health Workers of Semirara, and she is still thankful to SMPC for enabling her and the community the opportunity on enhancing their skills.
SMPC continues to strengthen our host community through training as part of our capacity-building initiatives.
