What I like about it:
Original psx theme, colored body and button
Big vivid 8 inch screen
Built-in PS5 controller fully supported
Wonderful battery life
Wonderful streaming experience
4.0 firmware resolved the lagging issue
What I don't like about it:
Technically, nothing
I am open to streaming games, I stream my pc games and play them anywhere in my house.
This Portal device provides wonderful steaming experience to my PS5
The old software version encounters slight lag every 10 seconds, very obvious when orbiting. This time, no lag at all when orbiting. Even trying fast pace racing game. Previous version have slight lag every 10 seconds.The lag was really obvious when timer hit 10 seconds, 20 seconds, 30 seconds......That was really annoying so I returned my previous Playstation Portal. I am getting this 30th anniversary edition as part of my collection. Surprise to see the 4.0 firmware fixed the lagging issue. 2 minutes racing game, no lag at all!! Playstation Portal's software experience is finally worthy it's awesome hardware
