A former army chief & his wives are detained over procurement corruption
How on earth did he escape scrutiny & detection for so long?
In previous corruption cases, family members eg wives would show off their new handbags, gems & designer trinkets. So, were there no designer watches on show? No foreign holidays? No imported cars in the driveway?
The Agung said corruption in the armed forces is just the tip of the iceberg.
