Isolated by the mighty Meghna River lies ULANIA, a village trapped in time. PROGGA, a spirited city dancer reeling from heartbreak and a recent breakup, finds herself exiled to this remote island community. Resentful and desperate to return for a crucial campus performance, she clashes with the village's insular ways and her own disillusionment.
Her escape plans are interrupted by a discovery in Ullania's ancient fortress: exquisite terracotta panels depicting a forgotten, captivating dance form. Local whispers reveal only one dancer ever mastered it – HASHI, a young woman who vanished years ago. Haunted by the artistry, Progga learns the dark truth: Hashi is trapped in a hellish red-light area across the border in West Bengal.
While Progga searches futilely for Hashi, she encounters KHUSHI, Hashi's innocent younger sister. Alarmingly, Khushi is being prepped for "opportunity abroad" by the village's sinister power brokers, NURUL and his outwardly compliant partner, AFSANA. Progga's investigation exposes their grim reality: they are key players in a ruthless women trafficking ring. Afsana, trapped by Nurul's physical and mental abuse, is as much a victim as those she helps ensnare.
Meanwhile, against all odds, Hashi orchestrates a daring escape with the help of a fellow captive, a woman whose complex love offered solace in the darkness. Fighting her way back to Ullania, Hashi finds not sanctuary, but renewed danger. Nurul and the corrupt Village CHAIRMAN, threatened by Progga's interference, smear her as a "bad influence" and move swiftly to traffic both Hashi and Khushi under cover of night.
Progga refuses to abandon them. Teaming up with the loyal BABU, she confronts the traffickers in a tense showdown. Using wit and raw courage, they expose the operation and capture Nurul's gang – though the elusive Chairman slips away. In a defiant finale, Progga takes the stage for her long-awaited performance. Beside her stands Hashi, her spirit unbroken. As they dance, the ancient terracotta forms seem to come alive. Progga sheds her city cynicism, finding unexpected strength and purpose. Hashi steps into a fragile new dawn. Together, they have shattered Ullania's shadows, emerging transformed.
