Last Sunday, I visited the iconic Numaish Exhibition in Hyderabad — a historic event that has been bringing people together for over eight decades 🇮🇳✨
The Numaish Exhibition, officially known as Numaish Masnuat-e-Mulki, began in the late 1930s during the rule of the Nizams. It was started with a powerful vision: to promote Indian-made products, support local industries, and showcase the industrial strength of the country at a time when India was still under colonial rule.
Over the years, Numaish evolved into one of the largest and most popular industrial exhibitions in India. What makes it special is its unique blend of history, culture, industry, food, and entertainment — all in one place. Generations of families have grown up visiting Numaish every year, making it not just an exhibition, but a deeply rooted tradition in Hyderabad.
