LASER DRAWING 06 | Engraving & Cutting Paper with Aufero Laser (Creative Coding, Processing)

Engraving and cutting paper with the Aufero Laser Engraver by Ortur: This video is an attempt to combine engraving and cutting into one work. The work is composed of three layers: 1) with an engraved dot pattern, 2) on white paper, a laser cut circle pattern, and 3) on black paper, a laser cut circle pattern.
Each of these layers adds depth to the work, once assembled. Perhaps it is not the most amazing outcome, but you can get a sense of the potential at the end of the video: A moiré effect.
(The work has resemblance to Dieter Rams who is a fantastic industrial designer.)
