vanilla cookies📍📍(250g=₹150/-)📍📍
Ingredients: (NOZZLE SIZE 195)

300g Vanaspati (Dalda, Margarine, Butter, or Ghee)

300g Powdered Sugar

200ml Water(or milk )

500g all purpose Flour (maida)

50g Milk Powder

5g Baking Powder

1 tbsp Vanilla Extract

1 tsp Salt

🙏If your biscuit dough is too hard, add 2-3 tablespoons of more milk or water.🙏❤️


Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 150℃ (300℉) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, cream together the Vanaspati and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.

In a separate bowl, combine the flour, milk powder, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture, alternating with water. Mix well after each addition until a soft dough forms.

Stir in the vanilla extract and mix until fully incorporated.

Take small portions of the dough and shape them into small balls or use a cookie cutter to create desired shapes.

Place the cookies onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between them to allow for spreading.

Bake in the preheated oven for about- 20 minutes, or until the edges of the cookies turn golden brown.

Once baked, remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool on a wire rack.

Once completely cooled, your vanilla cookies are ready to be enjoyed!

Note: Baking times may vary, so keep an eye on the cookies while they're in the oven .

75g Powdered Sugar

50ml Water(or milk)

125g Flour

12.5g Milk Powder

1.25g Baking Powder

1/4 tbsp Vanilla Extract

1/4 tsp Salt

Simply follow the same preparation steps as the original recipe but using these adjusted quantities. Enjoy your smaller batch of the recipe!
