Warping 3d prints? Quick fix!

3Dprinted Desk Lamp with LED kit from Bambu Lab.

This project took around a week of intense designing, printing, testing and correcting.

And one of the takeaways from this project is how to tackle warping corners. it occurs when your printed model's corners lift up, causing deformations. it is normally caused by uneven cooling of the model during printing process.

And in order to tackle this, I turned off colling fans and aplied a skirt around the model for the first 10 layers. The skirt is working as a shild that traps hot air in and keeps the model from external airflow. So the model has consistent temperature.

Even though I had several chalenges on the way, I think it is totally worth it, when you get this amazing desk lamp as a result.
