Continous running of a gasifier on wood gas is our aim. The grate is in a long running gasifier the weak point. On it acumulate klinker, durt, dense packed charcoaldust, little stones, nails etc....that prevent the gasifier from breathing free. As a result of this, The heart cools and the gasifier risk of producing tar by running at too low temoperature. We designed a simple method to keep a gasifier at always the same pressure by pressure drop control.
