Training and steps for making stainless steel tank body walls (shells)
After the body assembly steps (shells), we first start welding from inside the tank.
When welding, the rivet must be shielded from the outside with argon gas to prevent oxidation.
After welding the first pass, we wire brush the welding area to prepare it for welding the second pass.
We finish the tank with two welding passes and prepare the outside of the tank for reverse welding with a 3mm milling cutter.
We finish the outside of the tank with two passes, and after welding is complete, stainless steel wire brushing is performed.
The welding area inside the tank is polished and prepared for assembly and welding of the next walls.
After welding is completed, each part of the tank is inspected by the welding inspection team with ultrasonic testing (NDT testing).
