How to get "Sick Tricks" in ENA: Dream BBQ

UPDATE: My technique for the actual jumping has changed a lot. Now I sprint for every jump except the 5th one, and I turn sharply while holding W to slow down in the air. Pretty much the exact opposite of "Blink and You'll Miss It", how to get "Sick Tricks" is easy to understand but the execution is pretty difficult. So here are all the methods I could find that might help you get it for yourself.
