As more and more Pokemon games get released, the general power goes up. Unfortunately, not all Pokemon are brought up to the new standard. Some of these Pokemon, like Mewtwo, need a boost. Since Game Freak won’t do it, I will. Welcome to the first part of a series about rebalancing legendary Pokemon. This video will go over Mewtwo and its two mega forms.
