Another amazing fishing day at Flagler Pier. Snook, shark and a school of Blue Fish come to play. There was a school of Blue Fish feeding on my finger mullet and we were catching them one by one. Bluefish are fishy tasting but smoking them they are great. A good smoking marinade for Bluefish, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and red curry paste. Let it sit for a few hours and then smoke it. Always be careful and aware of what could happen if a line breaks.
I tied on my Go Pro Camera onto my fishing rod and dropped it under the Flagler Fishing Pier. Check out what it captured on film! This is Exciting!!
