My Overnight Stay At Playzone Lincoln 2025

Well shockingly, despite last year's overnight stay at Playzone Lincoln being the Big Fun and Kingstown Hotel weekend on the cheap, it seemed to be equally a success and gained a second series, only a bit different. Gone was the Whitbread owned places and the pub and soft-play tie-in, and instead gone for things a lot more luxurious and expensive, and was more of a Festive getaway. Whilst a few games of bowling at Hollywood Bowl was retained, the pub I chose in South Hykeham had changed to a Greene King owned chain as I eventually decided to dine at Hickory's Smokehouse (which replaced Hungry Horse and Wacky Warehouse at The Gamekeeper a few years ago), but my most notable and exciting change was going for something that's Trinity House Torquay influenced, as I stayed for a night in The Grand Suite at The Old Palace Lodge Lincoln (a place I stayed once before back in 2021 in the Green Room), which made my overnight stay at Playzone Lincoln resemble The Rainbow Funhouse Torquay even more due to the church setting, but unlike last year's overnight stay where I was glad to get back in my own bed the next day, I actually didn't want to go home the next day, and I felt so emotional because I loved the room that I stayed in and felt that one night in The Grand Suite wasn't long enough.😭 Next year though, I do plan on staying in The Grand Suite for 2 nights, again in December, so hopefully I'll be more satisfied with my stay, and I have yet to fulfil this anyway! lol😂 So far, this was the only overnight stay where I actually got the holiday blues afterwards.
