Kopia! Apps like Immich and Nextcloud are amazing! But what happens when something goes wrong and we lose our data?! That's where KOPIA comes in. This awesome tool gives you a web gui to manage snapshoting backups of your Docker data mounts.
I'm going to show you how to take snapshots of your data onto an external drive that we'll mount using Cockpit. I'm using a real thumb drive with a virtual machine server, and then I'll even replicate my Kopia repository back onto another server.
