DELICOUS White Chocolate M&M Cookie Bars!

M&M Cookie Cake
This easy cookie cake is super simple to whip up! In less than 1 hour, start to finish, you’ll have a cookie cake that is ready for your next party or get together! I made these in an 8x8” pan but would recommend a 9x13 if you don’t want them super thick or would like more servings!

Ingredients
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp corn starch
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup unsalted butter melted and slightly cooled
1 cup light brown sugar packed
2/3 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs room temperature
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 cups white chocolate chips
1 cup m&m’s
Sprinkles for decorating

Buttercream Ingredients
1 tbsp vanilla
1 lb confectioner's sugar
1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
3 tbsp heavy whipping cream
1/2 tsp salt
