A Day in the Life of a Thru-Hiker

When you're thru-hiking or long-distance backpacking, your average day on trail can look extremely different from one day to the next. Sometimes, it's business as usual. Other times, you're dodging mosquitoes or taking a dip in a beautiful alpine lake.

So, this week, @JessHikesTrails gives us a glimpse into what just 1 day of thru-hiking the Wonderland Trail around Mt. Rainier looks like -- from the time she wakes up 'til the time she goes to sleep.
