My first thought when I heard of Cauliflower Pizza Crust was "YUK"! I admit I'm not a huge fan of cauliflower. Since I'm doing Keto and my curiosity got the best of me, I had to give this a try. Is it as good as many are raving about and do you need to like cauliflower to begin with to like this Cauliflower Pizza Crust? I will give you my unbiased opinion. So let's find out if this Cauliflower Pizza Crust is really any good.
