The Vampire Diaries: the Elena, Jeremy, Alaric, Jenna family ["Gone, Gone, Gone" - Phillip Phillips]

I'm so sorry that you're not gonna be seeing this till the day AFTER your birthday, since believe it or not I did try as hard as I could to be done the vid by today - the 6th - for you (haha). :P

I feel like I haven't granted enough Christmas wishes this year but I guess I did host 3 collabs, do a Secret Santa vid, and do 2 Glee wishlist things. I still kind of plan to make a couple more things dedicated to people, if I can, but I don't know. I let myself get overwhelmed with collab parts so that I have no time to make my own videos and now all I want to vid is Criminal Minds, the show I've been watching while all my shows took a winter hiatus - I've seen 4 seasons so far and more episodes every day. And no one wants a Criminal Minds video from me. I'm pretty sure the majority of my online friends don't know the show lol. But yeah. We'll see. I should be able to make at least 1, maybe 2 or 3, more videos dedicated to people as belated Christmas wishlist gifts this month of January. That is my goal. To make at least 1 more, maybe 2 or 3. Lol.

I really wanted to make you a vid last year too, iNewbieJD, but I ended up never getting around to it. My plan had been to vid Jenna/Alaric/Jeremy/Elena (this same family) to the song "I Miss You" by blink-182. I changed the song this year to hopefully be more inspired lol. I really adore this song here and it's more upbeat and stuff and I think my video will be more well-received because I changed my song choice. By everyone who might stumble across it. This song is way more popular/beloved lol.

I feel like parts of the video aren't 100% perfect, and I kind of wish they were, but I was rushing to finish this vid by your birthday and all in all I think I'm satisfied with how it turned out. I'm happy with the vid overall, it's basically everything I wanted it to be. Obviously there were a ton of scenes I left out, including probably a stray Jeremy/Jenna moment here or there that I forgot about - those are really quite hard to find, though, actually, unlike all of the other relationships in here lol. I'm sorry if I left out your favorite scene.

I want to thank Christabel23181 for helping me re-gain access to all my New Blue FX which made the transitions and coloring for this fanvideo possible again after about a month or so of not having them (my computer broke and I lost them when I had to re-install everything, including Windows, from scratch on it). I'm happy to have those effects back. ;)
