Rigid Exoskeleton for the Mini Milling Machine

A high torque on the spindle of a mini milling machine is not going to help much if the spindle chatters and the tool dances all over the workpiece. What is needed is the rigidity of a larger milling machine. However, I do not have the space for one in my mini workshop. In this video I document the solution that I used to greatly improve the rigidity of my mini milling machine by resting it in the strong arms of an exoskeleton.
