In this video, I’ll show you how to monitor call quality in VoIP systems using FreeSWITCH, Telegraf, InfluxDB, and Grafana. By analyzing Call Detail Records (CDRs) and extracting Mean Opinion Score (MOS) values, you’ll gain real-time visibility into call performance. This setup works not just with FreeSWITCH, but also with legacy or commercial PBXs like Cisco, as long as they can export CDRs. You'll learn how to configure FreeSWITCH to generate MOS-based CDRs, send them to InfluxDB, and visualize the data in Grafana
