Lauke Waterfall, locally known as Chahare Jharana, is nestled in the Nuwakot District. It is located just 28 km from Samakhusi Chowk on Kathmandu’s Ring Road and can be reached in about 1.5 hours.
For hiking enthusiasts, there are several trail options to reach the waterfall. You can approach it from the Kakani side or take the scenic Suryachaur–Chhainju Narayan–Thanapati route.
