The Delirious West 200 Miles ultramarathon is held in the southern part of Western Australia. The race runs from a small town in Northcliffe, heads east and finishes in the seaside town of Albany - some 350+ km's away!
This event gave me more than I could ask for. During this event the temperature was scorching hot, there was lots of up's, lots of down's and even hallucinations. The challenge of this 200 mile event literally broke me, brought me undone and into tears.
