This is the food I ate everyday on my journey to lose 160lbs.
MY MEAL PLAN:
7:00 am Protein Smoothie:
1 Scoop BPN Whey Protein
12 ounces of water
3 TBSP Hemp Hearts
1 Banana
½ Cup Blueberries
Handful Strawberries
7:30am Morning Strong Stack
BPN Strong Greens
BPN Strong Reds
BPN Strong Joints
8:00 am Breakfast
1/2 Cup Oatmeal
1 TBSP of Honey
1 TBSP of Chia Seeds
2 TBSP PB Fit
1 Truvia Packet
Cinnamon
10:00 am Morning Snack
1 Light and Fit Yogurt
1oz Ancient Grains Granola
11:00 am Lunch
1/2 Cup Quinoa
8oz of Chicken
1 Cup of Broccoli
1:00 pm Afternoon Coffee
Cold Brew
Sugar Free Cinnamon Dulce
No Cream
2:00pm Afternoon Snack
1oz Beef Jerky
3:00pm Dinner
1/2 Cup Quinoa
8oz of Chicken
1 Cup of Broccoli
Log everything into MyFitnessPal that way you can adjust it for yourself. Also I did no cheat meals, drank a gallon of water a day and put in 6 days a week at the gym without missing a single workout.
The other thing is if this food doesn’t work for you I’d focus on hitting your caloric deficit with clean whole and organic food as much as possible.
My Macro Nutrient plan is:
40% protein
35% carbs
25% fats
I use myfitnesspal religiously so I made sure I was hitting my deficit and macros.
