OTHER FEDERAL LAWS: PART 1

Hi everyone, and welcome to the channel.

If you want to use these videos to the best of your ability to ensure you pass the exam the following schedule has assisted my students in passing the exam with 7-10 days of study

Day 1:

30 minutes of content, listen without taking notes

10 minute break

30 minutes of the same content, this time—write notes

10 minute break

30 minutes of the same content, but now write it in short hand in a way you understand with note cards.

10 minute break

30 minutes of reading over the note cards out loud to yourself so you can hear yourself say it and record yourself reading your note cards emphasizing the words that help you to remember the content.

30 minutes of NEW content, listen without taking notes

10 minute break

30 minutes of new content, this time, write notes

10 minute break


30 minutes of rereading out loud the notecards for the PREVIOUS content

10 minute break

Take a quiz using prep-XL or any other testing site recommended.

Day 2: 30 minutes of new content just listening (not the new content from the day before, content you haven’t heard yet)

10 minute break

30 minutes of new content now taking notes

10 minute break

30 minutes of PREVIOUS days content (that you wrote notes for but haven’t created shorthand for yet and write that shorthand on notecards)

10 min break

30 min relistening to yesterdays content videos (that you spent most of the day on, and have notecards and recorded yourself speaking)

10 minute break

30 minutes of previous days content that you now have written short hand notecards for, and now need to record yourself speaking them with emphasis on certain words to help remember the content.

10 minute break

30 minutes of writing shorthand notecards for todays newest content

10 minute break

30 minutes of relistening to yesterdays content that you only spent part of the day listening to that you only just recorded yourself speaking today.

10 minute break

30 minute of recording yourself speaking newest content emphasizing certain words to encourage your own retention.

10 minute break

30 minutes of listening to yesterdays content that you spent the majority of the day on yesterday, eyes closed, in distracted and focused on the material— if you fall asleep, that’s okay! Your brain may need to rest— give it the rest it needs!

Follow the same pattern you followed on day 2 on days 3-7 or 3-10 depending on what your timeline is, and always spend the day on the content of NO MORE than 90 minutes of content per day, otherwise your retention of the material won’t be as high or nearly as effective for the exam!

Try to take quizzes or exams every 2 days, rather than every day to build up your retention!
