Exploring a Creek at High Water in the Chassahowitzka NWR - G3 16CCJ Yamaha 60/40 Jet

Video straight from the GoPro to YouTube recorded while running out a remote creek in the Chassahowitzka National Wildlife Refuge in a G3 16 CCJ jet tunnel hull with a Yamaha 60/40. I'm joined by my niece Laena, who was visiting for the week from Los Angeles and enjoyed the natural beauty of the Nature Coast. This is my first time running out this particular creek. For my initial run into an area I use Florida Marine Tracks cartography from ISLA Mapping (https://floridamarinetracks.com), which has excellent low-water imagery showing the location of bars and other structure. For this particular trip the water level was quite high so most of the bars and other structure is not visible above the water surface. In the jet I could have run just about any line without a problem at this water level. However I was laying down a GPS track for future use at lower water levels, working around the structure that would typically be exposed or extremely close to the water surface.
