Baul is a parallel spiritual philosophy that is expressed by song.. Baul philosophy promotes the religion of humanity, They sing songs of equality, friendship, and independence.
They believe that what exists in the universe also exists in the body even God (They called God MONER MANUSH). They strongly believe It is possible to connect with the MONER MANUSH or God through love and devotion in the direction of the Master (Guru) through Body Practice which is known as 'DEHO SADHONA'
Master expresses his feeling of body practice to his disciples in a meaningful manner through song. That is why each and every Baul song is very important and it has educational value.
