USA vs. Europe: Live to Work? Work to Live?

What is one big difference between Europe and the USA? Well the philosophy between "working to live" vs. "living to work." Can you guess which is which?

Of course there is no one "right way." But if you bring in the facts, the US 🇺🇸is the only advanced nation in the world that doesn't guarantee its citizens paid vacation. Average vacation is 2 weeks, and 50% of Americans do not take up the full 2 weeks per year. In Europe, many countries guarantee its citizens 4-6 weeks of paid vacation per year—and they take them.

And good luck trying to get ahold of your European colleagues during summer!
