Section 8 Turnkey Rental: Deal or Disaster? House Shopping Tour

When house shopping in Detroit, a turnkey may not be a true turnkey if you do not know what you're looking for. A "Section 8 tenant" may not even have Section 8. It may be another program that covers rent short term.
