Cory Sandhagen: Finding Sandman

After UFC bantamweight Cory Sandhagen’s first professional loss shattered his ego, he rebuilt his mind, embraced change, and learned to fight, and live, as his true self.

"Finding Sandman" is a documentary about transformation: ambition, failure, belief, and the spiritual evolution of one of the UFC’s most creative fighters.

He calls himself two things: a UFC fighter and a being made of stardust. Known as "The Sandman”, Sandhagen has headlined major fights, earned multiple Fight of the Night and Performance of the Night bonuses, and delivered highlight-reel finishes. In May 2025, he stopped Deiveson Figueiredo via TKO, further cementing his contender status. Even in defeat, like his clash with Umar Nurmagomedov, he showed resilience and growth.

Now, on October 4, 2025, Sandhagen will challenge Merab Dvalishvili for the UFC bantamweight title at UFC 320, a fight that could define his legacy.
