#howIplaythecourse from one of the latest addition to the world top 100 courses of the Top100golfcourses.com list, the incredible Lofoten Links.
The journey up there is a little adventure on itself - flying there with a smaller plane has it's perks as you see a lot of the amazing landscape along the way. Being the most northern course in the world, even north of the arctic circle, we were looking forward to some spectacular views and although we didn't see any auroras, we had a blast.
If you ever get the chance to go there, try to do it in the summer when you can enjoy 24hrs of daylight! We went end of September and I have to admit it was a little cold for me so I played two rounds and spend half a day flying drones and taking pictures - which was worth it too!

It is quite impressive how they crafted a course in this rough terrain and we were even surprised by the quality this time of the year. I must say though that this course is not at all easy, if you miss a fairway (and they are narrow!), you loose a ball. On the other hand, I think you should not care about any score and should just enjoy the special beauty of the many spectacular holes. I did my best to capture it from the view of a player and so I hope you find this vlog entertaining.
