In this video, I demonstrate an introduction to Thread Painting (with the Long and Short Stitch) to stitch the mountains of the pattern!

National Embroidery Month happens every year throughout the month of February as a way to celebrate embroidery in all of its many forms!

Since 2016, I've been hosting a daily stitch along in partnership with DMC to help bring together stitchers from all over the world, at any skill level. This year's pattern was absolutely perfect for beginners (as well as experienced stitchers) and, thanks to Youtube, can now be accessible for anyone!
