This Bala Bangle workout (weights optional) has a warmup included. This workout is apartment friendly, meaning it is low impact workout , with no jumping. The focus is core, inner thighs and triceps, but also including various muscles throughout.I also excited for you to do this at home workout with me. I am using the 2 bala bangles, you can use ankle weights, cans of beans, or even make it a no equipment workout. It is sure to provide you with the muscle burn, and full body scuplting experience.
Tip: focus on FORM, take breaks when your form is lacking or you need some water. HAVE FUN with moving your body and getting stronger.
