Featured in many articles and magazines, this 27,000 square foot mega mansion is by far the biggest on the block, featuring an indoor basketball court, a private home theater, a two-story chef’s kitchen, and two pools - one indoor, and one outdoor. In addition, the home includes a 9-car garage tucked to the side of it, with 2 of their luxury cars left behind. A Mercedes Maybach and a Rolls-Royce. For the people who loved here, it wasn't just a mansion; it was proof that they’d made it. After moving to America from Vietnam, they opened a grocery store and many other businesses that quickly thrived, and for years, it felt like everything they touched turned to gold. However, things took a turn in 2022, when construction crews worked through a major renovation that ended with a lawsuit from the contractor over payments. The second blow: a lawsuit from the homeowners' association. While those battles played out in private, beyond closed doors, the outside began to tell a different story. The lawn went from manicured to overgrown, and weeds overtook the pavings around the front fountain and along the driveway. The crown jewel at the neighborhood’s entrance became a daily reminder of something lost. Then, one day, it was over. The property wasn't sold; it wasn't voluntarily abandoned.
