With the new gaskets delivered its time to have a look at the best fit, I really don't want to have the Intake manifold machined to suit the thicker gaskets, I'm also keen to see what results the reverse flush on the engine block will provide, I've seen some footage of sand still in the cooling galleries of the engine, Once I'm happy with the that and flushing out any sand if any I can charge the cooling system with the red coolant.
I will be also making a few more improvements under the bonnet, I want to hide the wiring that runs to the warning buzzer on the header tank, it sits on the shock tower and looks out of place, so I'm going to hide it so it gives the engine bay that stock look.
