Turn signals acting up? Checkout this vid and it just might solve your problem. The Cherokee of the same generation have the Relay under the steering column plastic covers but on the grand cherokees it’s under the passenger footwell on the right side. Listen for the clicking sound when the turn signal is on if your not sure. The Relay wiggles out, no fancy way to it just grab and pull straight out and replace and your good to go
