Yep, rugby league's biggest weekend of the season is about to go down in Sydney, with two grand finals set to take place at Accor Stadium! For the first time since 2006, the men's Brisbane Broncos will go head-to-head with Melbourne Storm. Meanwhile, the NRLW's Broncos are set to play against the Sydney Roosters, who are searching for back-to-back premierships. Before the showdowns begin, passionate fans are celebrating in anticipation. Back home in Brisbane, some fans have even stocked up on their party snacks, while others are already predicting which team will score what. As for Sunday's schedule, the NRLW game will kick off first, followed by a pre-game performance from American Singer Teddy Swims. Then, it'll be time for the men to battle it out for this year's trophy.

Taylor Swift's 12th studio album 'The Life of A showgirl' dropped this afternoon and Swifties around the world were well ready for it. In the lead up to the release, the popstar broke her own record with 5 million pre-saves on Spotify, the most pre-saves ever on the platform, surpassing the record she held with her last album. COP FOR A DAY
Police swarmed the Sydney Opera House yesterday as Australia's newest Police Inspector, 12-year-old Bryson, made his first arrest. Watch your back, crime, there's a new sheriff in town. This is the moment 12-year-old Bryson has long dreamed of. It's not his first time taking on the bad guys. Since age 3, Bryson's been battling a form of brain cancer and other health conditions. That hasn't stopped him from chasing his dreams. Thanks to Make-a-Wish Australia and the NSW Police, he got to spend this week training to be a police officer. His mission: find the thief who stole the key to the city. With some help from the troops, he tracked down clues. Everything came to a head when he caught a police boat to Sydney Harbour, where the criminal was spotted. In front of a big crowd of citizens, in a big mock arrest, Bryson got to do the honours of putting on the cuffs and, of course, retrieving the key.

CHRISTMAS IN VENEZUELA
First to Venezuela, where Christmas has come early! This is the second year in a row that October has marked the start of festivities, after President Nicolas Maduro decided to bring forward the holiday season. While some think it is a political move to distract from bigger issues, others are welcoming the celebrations.

SHIPWRECK TREASURE
Now over to a stretch of Florida's East Coast known as "Treasure Coast," where this team of excavators have found, you guessed it, treasure! They were looking at this Spanish shipwreck from 1715 when they came across 1000 silver coins and 5 gold coins. While that may not seem like much, these coins are valued at around $1 million!

HEADPHONE-STEALING-MAGPIE
Finally, to Canberra, where this cyclist got his headphone swiped by a swooping magpie. For some, this would have been pretty scary, but Ash here wasn't too phased.
