NOTE:Built first in 1990 as part of the LTR (Linea Tranviaria Rapida, which stands for Fast Tramway Line), which never opened, it was re-converted and re-built after years of abandonment by Protec Studio between 2001 and 2007, when the first piece of Line 6, between Mostra and Mergellina, opened. In 2013, this little portion of Line 6 closed because of lack of passengers and in order to complete the other part of the line until Municipio. Well, after 10 years of abandonment and degradment, it reopened on the 17th of July 2024 when after an incredible number of years, Metro Line 6 opened in its entire route (but another extension is expected). It has been restored and refurbished pretty well, similiarly when it opened in 2007 despite some bad vandalism acts. In 1990, thanks to a buttonhole carved out in the square, the Firema L6 tram-trains were lowered into the line.
