The Forum for Democratic Change presidential candidate, Nathan Nandala Mafabi, today took back his campaign trail to Teso Sub-region. Mafabi, addressing his supporters in Soroti and Katakwi districts, criticised the ruling NRM government for what he called a lack of political will to compensate families in Teso and for failing the meat factory in the area.He also castigated Parliament for passing a supplementary budget this week.
